On the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia, I met with Zhao Fengtao, Vice Chairman of CIDCA, to discuss global humanitarian crises and explore potential collaborations between CIDCA & the @ICRC to support people affected by armed conflicts in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
