For antibullying week we have started the week in nursery showing ‘The Power of Good’ and how we can show kindness to our friends. We talked about sharing, helping our friends, taking turns and we made a piece of artwork to show our kind hands 🌟🙏 #AntiBullyingweek

Nursery created a bonfire using wooden blocks and collecting autumn leaves for flames. They were also inspired by our story, Fred the Firefighter and used water and large paintbrushes to put out the flames 🔥 lots of great physical development happening today . Well done 👏

We have loved exploring our new text ‘Leaf Man’ in Reception! We have been on a leaf hunt, identifying evergreen and deciduous trees and we have used our checklist to identify some leaves that we have found! We used our leaves to make our own leaf men and ladies! 🍁🍂

We’ve had hot dogs in a bun for tasting Tuesday today, some with and without a bread bun, some with and without tomato sauce but mostly they went down a treat. Delicious!

One of our children thought about using the woodland area as a campsite 🏕️ today, they collected leaves and used them as marshmallows to toast around the campfire 🔥 Top camping team 👏
