Teen offered to help me bathe/wash my hair. I remember when I had to help care for my mom and how hard it was to look at her frail, naked body. I don't want to do that to my children if I can avoid it.

I have not washed my hair since before I got sick. Mentioned to my husband I'm thinking of getting a trim today so I can have salon wash it. He finds it lazy. I think it's conserving spoons on a task.

I want to take a garbage bag and box (yard sale/donations) and start at one end of the house just chucking stuff. I don't have the strength. I want to mix up bleach water and start scrubbing all the germs. I don't have the strength. But I did get laundry/dishes started.

Day 11. The virus is leaving my body. The withdrawal symptoms are easing. Last night I laughed so hard my eyes watered. Maybe soon I'll be able to cry again. My head feels lighter. I'm not feeling as dehydrated. I hope this is worth it bcuz I don't want to be numb anymore.
