As always we held our final full school communion 'Founders' Day' to mark the end of the academic year…it's always a special occasion for students and staff.
Today was Founders' day, one of the rare occasions when the whole school community at St Christopher's comes together. Founders' day is all about reminding ourselves of the reason we exist - to carry Christ (The meaning of the name, St Christopher) and to keep going…. [1]

💥 Over £2,700 Raised for Charity! 💥.Throughout this academic year, our amazing pupils & @StChrisSixth students have raised an incredible £2,786.71 for local & national charities – that’s not even counting the huge response to our Christmas Shoebox Appeal in November! 🎁❤️. [1]

Last Friday's Taster Day was excellent! The current Year 12's (soon to be Year 13's) and the New Year 12 had the chance to get to know each through various taster sessions including English, Maths and Home Cooking Skills (baking shortbread biscuits). [1]

Foundation Pathways went on a trip to Blackpool Zoo to increase their awareness of endangered species on the Earth, with the hope of carrying out money-raising exercises in the future to support the hard work that Blackpool Zoo carry out. [1]

Before half-term, the Foundation Pathways Department had their very first Form Inspection, which was a great success! The students were over-joyed to show all their hard work over the year to the senior leadership team. [1]

It was great to be involved in the pupil voice opportunity earlier in the week and we're looking forward to seeing the final training programme 😃🗣.
On Wednesday 4th June, a range of pupils & students from YRs 7 to 12 were involved in a powerful pupil voice opportunity. In conjunction with @LancashireCC and @Uni_Lancashire pupils & students were asked to voice their options on how professionals can ensure they listen…. [1]

We are super proud of Lucas, who has massively grown in confidence in accessing the local community. He has attended our Witton Park Trip and fully participated in the National Community Trust (NCS) sessions at @ASFCcommunity!. Fantastic attitude and effort – Well done Lucas 😊
