Gospel message to share with EYFS/KS1 pupils this week:

This week, EYFS and KS1 pupils will hear the Gospel for next Sunday and will consider the role of Jesus as a healer. Ask them about their learning after assembly on Wednesday.

Second perfomrance of the Lion King last night and what a lovely performance it was. A massive thanks to all the staff who put it together and parents for their help and support.

We are very proud to have been awarded the Gold School Games Mark for this year. This reflects the wide opportunities given to our children to learn, develop and get fitter both in lessons, before school, lunchtimes and after school! Well done all concerned.

This week, EYFS and KS1 pupils consider the Gospel message of being a good listener. Jesus expected this of his disciples and we can all learn from these messages.

League Champions !!! Congratulations ! Thank you for all the parents for attending the ceremony tonight and support through the year 👋👋👋

The Football Team are at Grand Central Station tonight to receive their league winners' medals. Well done team 👋👋👋

Year 5 & 6 brass instrumentalists treated their classmates to a brass concert this afternoon to showcase their talents. Well done to them and Mr Brailsford .

Our Athletics team competed in the City Championship last night. We won medals in Boys' Relay, Boys' Obstacle, Boys' 150m and Girls' 600m. Well done to all those who competed and represented St A's so well. Thank you to Mrs W and Miss M for giving up their time running the team.

This has just been sent to school but the credit for the fundraising needs to be shared with all the generous people who donated as well as the children and staff who ran....so here is your badge!

We pray for our year 6 children who were confirmed by Monsignor Mark last night. We ask God to care and guide them as they move further on their journey.
