I have a copy by my bed ready to read. Partly I will read anything about trains (and deserted stations) but have also enjoyed @Padrigmgc other books. Also love the publishing of @CBeditions
My new book of essays is out from CB Editions and can be ordered here https://t.co/W0Np6B2Coe It's about trains, stations open and closed, lots of things that come with the prefix '-post', about haunted art and sidelined towns, old factories and forgotten poets. Etc

Today is #WildlifeConservationDay -- did you know that St Anne's mascot, the beaver, became extinct in the UK in the 16th? And yet, reintroduction has been successful, and yesterday a beaver was spotted at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve for the first time
bbc.co.uk
The animal at Pensthorpe is thought to be the first wild beaver in Norfolk for centuries.

Well, that was fun. Back to @StAnnesCollege for a student welfare session, with pals Poppit and Jack. The students loved it (and so did we).

Congratulations to the St Anne's netball team, who won Friday's match against Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford 18-11. Team captain Praise Adebusoye says: "It was such a good game and was pretty intense because we didn't have any subs, but everyone played so well!"
