Pierre Poilievre is 46. He has been an MP for almost 22 years now. Due to his pension, that means he will have collected a government cheque for about 80 percent of his entire life when all is said and done. Factor in his traveling, constant campaigning, advertising, Stornoway,

NEW: The Assembly of Treaty Chiefs has unanimously voted no-confidence in the UCP government. “Danielle Smith’s government is acting as an embassy for the worst we’ve seen from south of the border, and it’s time to say no,” says Treaty 6 Confederacy Grand Chief Joey Pete.

The timing of this (Freedom to Read Week) is more than a little ironic. Public libraries already have a system for this - It's called a Request for Reconsideration. Parents are in charge of what their kids read, but they dont get to decide what other kids read.

From the DM’s… Hearing from multiple sources that the UCP are looking to extend their school book bans to all public libraries and will be building a process by which libraries have to remove books that are complained about. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

.@Alberta_UCP This is wild. All Albertans must read this. UCP set up a web of numbered companies in USA with UCP current cabinet ministers as directors. Unpaid US taxes, strange transactions, $7,000,000.00 “administration fees”. This isn’t normal. #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli

.@AbDanielleSmith Perhaps Albertans may need more clarity on this before they vote? “To prop up pipeline giant TC Energy, Jason Kenney’s government set up numbered companies in Delaware. Here’s what the companies are doing now.” #ableg #abpoli

@MartinLongUCP Alberta once had 11,700 hospital beds for 2.7 million people = 4.3 beds per 1,000 After the Klein cutbacks, we fell to 2.4 beds per 1,000 Today we have ~8,800 beds for 5 million people = 1.76 beds per 1,000 And of those beds, 1,200–1,400 are occupied by ALC patients (Fragile

If you want to make a real difference, donate directly to your local Food Bank. When you buy food at a grocery store to place in a donation bin, you’re paying full retail prices. Food Banks don't. The Food Bank can stretch donations much further by purchasing food in bulk or at

aimco was the largest single shareholder in this company, had sunk somewhere close to $80 million into it and had two directors on the board of directors as well.

Big Lakes County writes off 9.3 million in unpaid oilfield taxes from one single company. The UCP government COULD change the laws to allow municipalities to more easily collect oil & gas taxes as creditors, but we all know why they won't. https://t.co/PtDYcAcUea

@TheBreakdownAB How did the Judge and/or Crown not demand an investigation immediately upon discovery? How can/could they proceed with the gun charges and conviction after it's found the warrant issued was done so by fraudulent means/evidence? This is absolutely disgusting!

Lotta fake emails turning up around Denis: "I was falsely accused of sending two emails which led to my arrest,” [McMullan] said. Those were allegedly sent Feb. 11, just days after she testified against the former justice minister at his hearing...

People who received threatening emails feared for their safety but are now relieved since they found out police didn’t have evidence AP sent them… so, they were only afraid if it was her, but not concerned about who actually sent them? Huh?

Claiming the Recall is without merit while proving its validity and adding evidence is the irony that makes the UCP the least serious and most dangerous political party in Alberta.

.⁦@DaleNally_AB⁩ If this letter was written by you, I have a more fundamental question: How would an MLA know which constituents vote in elections? This information is privileged only to ⁦@ElectionsAB⁩ Also, any elector can initiate a recall. You wrote this law.
