Neither the bank, nor the tele companies have published how affected individuals can reclaim their funds.

Many participants reported @Airtel_Ug deducting their Airtel Money balance without a reason & following up yielded no result. Neither @BOU_Official nor @UCC_Official came out to comment on this. The then UCC ED only came out to defend the company, citing how they are helping us.
