How unintelligent Doc. And where did you read “culling”? This is the problem with some who oppose the judgement. Lying, misinterpreting, misrepresenting and misleading the people. Dont try to create paranoia. And Dog lovers have votes. But whom will they use it against? Courts?.
Dogs don't have a vote, they also don't have money to pay off those who come after them. If they had either they wouldn't be at risk, rabies or no rabies. They are therefore an easy target. BTW: A dog with rabies usually dies within a week or two. They are themselves also.

One of the best judgements in recent times. Should be applied across the country. Start with all major cities. Stray dogs menace should be put to an end at all and any cost! Hope this is executed in the right way and properly. Good infrastructure should be created for them.
