I have been walking an insane amount and getting a ton of exercise and work out regularly, but that is no match for the sheer amount of calories I am intaking.

Full transparency since I kinda need to stop myself, I have gained 24 pounds. In the last month I fell deep into a depressing slump where I went back to binge eating absurd amounts of food. For a while I was like “that’s fine” but that’s probably not good.
Update on my diet change. My weight is still going down a bit now sitting at 81 pounds lost total. On my current diet, I am just hoping that I can maintain a weight between 240-250 steadily, if I can do that I will consider it a success and will be happy with where I’m sitting.

I mean this is how I keep myself sane while playing through entire series. If I were to just binge all the Yakuza games all at once as fast as I can I’d probably hate the series simply because I got sick of playing them and only them.
