This weekend, we received a significant number of inquiries across a variety of channels related to the fundraising platform GiveSendGo. GiveSendGo is not a Square customer. We do not and have not processed payments for them.

From the Square Shop Page, click My Account > Order Status. If the order is still processing, you will have the opportunity to Request Cancellation. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully cancelled.
