Launching Signals: analyze thousands of calls with insane accuracy in seconds. Filtering through it like quantitative data can save hours answering questions about user research, sales, onboarding, and support calls. It feels like magic.

RT @Spshulem: OpenAI just told everyone to stop writing mega-prompts. But nobody's listening. Here's what they actually said. 🧵.

My rule:. If your prompt is longer than a tweet, you're doing it wrong. (Threads not withstanding). p.s. What's your worst "take a deep breath" prompt?.

They already know how experts think:. - Marty Cagan's PRDs.- Top PMs' strategies .- Best practices from every field. You're just confusing them with novels.

Stop writing:."Take a deep breath and think step by step as if you're the world's best. ". Start writing:."How would [expert] improve this?".

I’m addicted to sugar. AI Calorie apps suck. AI Exercise planning never feels right. The big thing for me is just breaking old habits and cycles. So I’m making myself an addiction breaking app that uses AI to just walk me off the ledge every-time with science backed methods.

p.s. Try this today: Take your longest prompt and replace it with 3 short iterations. I guarantee better results. What happens when you try it?.

The secret isn't complex prompts. It's iteration. Don't write a novel telling AI who to be. Ask it to critique its own work. Then improve based on that critique. AI already knows how to be an expert. It just needs you to ask for excellence.

What changed:. First question: "What tasks would you like to automate?". (Leading. Biased. Assumes they want automation.). Final question: "Walk me through your day. Which task took longest and why?". (Open. Unbiased. Reveals real problems.). Same AI. Different approach.
