.@RowanAlba, which provides long-term, supported accommodation and community services to those affected by homelessness, addiction and social isolation is growing its team following a recent restructure.

The wider £7.3 million Bellsmyre Regeneration programme, supported by £4.4 million of Scottish Government grant funding, will deliver 138 new energy-efficient affordable homes over the next five years, replacing 264 older flats.

Working alongside project partners @CCG_Scotland and @WDCouncil, CHA has delivered 27 new energy-efficient homes to West Dunbartonshire residents in phase one, providing much-needed affordable housing for the area.

We are proud to have supported CHA with the communications surrounding the project’s development since its initial consultation phase and it was fantastic to capture the reactions of the local community as they toured the newly built homes.
