There’s only 1 place to be tomorrow - @tremorfaparkrun. Come along and let @MotiAlbany cheer you around the course. It’s flat. It’s fast (if you’re into that). It’s a great course for chatting to other runners & walkers as you go round. We’re nice. Hope to see you there.

The amazing Tremorfa wall mural is just one of the great features of our course. We also have the foot spa, the wind tunnel, and the avenue of trees to name but a few. Come and check out our beautiful park! First timers briefing at 8.50, walk-jog-running starts at 9.00.
In anticipation of our volunteer takeover of @tremorfaparkrun this coming Saturday, we grabbed a pic with the mural on our social run tonight. A lovely chatty run for both our 10k & 5k groups. We said goodbye to Elliott who is moving away & hello to Jen, Ken & @faaizalondon 😀

Well done Huw! 👍 @tremorfaparkrun is super friendly, a hidden gem of a park and loads of fun to take part in. You don't even have to run, there is a tail walker every week. Why not pop along and give it a go 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Great to run @tremorfaparkrun this morning. If you're a seasoned runner or just looking to get fitter in Cardiff, this 5k course is a great option - flat, friendly, and fast; a nice blend of parkland, trees, and steelworks! Thanks to all the volunteers who make it possible.
