Spirit of Springfield President Judy Matt was on hand to give her thanks to Sheriff Nick Cocchi and the Hampden County Sheriff's Office Cadets for putting the finishing touches on Riverfront Park in preparation for 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 on July 4th.
