Our business has already employed 8 people and cleared revenues of more than half a million. No communication or feedback from @BICDublin on our application - they are not what they claim to be

Our team was gutted this morning - we had no communication from @BICDublin for weeks except for a random tweet! This illustrates everything that is wrong with the organisations serving us. Poor communication, disregard for human contribution & zero support. Shame on @BICDublin

@TIME This seems so basic to me, but I forget that when our example of business people who "made it" look like Trump, it's easy to fall into the trap of inauthenticity. @SpireworksCo aims to end to this - our team is a cross-functional network of folks with genuine connection
