We have awarded Music Star of the Fortnight to Georgia in Y7 for her brilliant solo version of ‘Rude’ by MAGIC! This is a complicated song to play due to the reggae element of syncopation, made even harder for her by singing the melody on top. Fantastic work Georgia!

Last week, forty students from Years 7-13 watched the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra perform a magnificent celebration of John Williams’ Star Wars scores across the saga. The students were awe-struck by the full-force of the symphony orchestra and behaved impeccably as always.
