Looks like Tim Hortons opened their first Houston location in 2022: https://t.co/RUVEqFkckn Their website shows 8 in the Houston metro (Houston, Humble, Katy, & Stafford) and 1 more in Texas in Austin. The Stafford location is closest to me, about a ~20 minute drive:
