UPDATE: A 45 year old man has allegedly poisoned his four children in Ngogoma village, Kinogozi parish, Buhimba sub county in Kikuube. Two children have been confirmed dead while the two others are fighting for their life at Hoima Regional Referral Hospital. Details to follow
