Byonabye Kamadi, the Director of Research, Education, and Documention @UHRC_UGANDA says in the run-up to the 2026 general elections, they deemed it necessary to hold dialogues as part of their civic education mandate.

She has made the remarks this morning while addressing participants at the Regional engagement on Electoral Democracy and Human rights at Shimo Hotel in Kagadi district.
