It’s EARLY but my gut says IL ends up the most complete team in the conference. THREE skilled and versatile bigs (one who is a big time rim protector), couple guards who can get ya buckets (Boswell’a shooting returning to form is HUGE), slasher in Stoj. Lot of size and 🔥 power

Lot of love for Yaxel/Morez in the offseason but the difference maker for MI this year will be Mara. Have to have a big who can get him out of the paint or hit the middie or he’s just gonna camp out and make life hell at the rim. He takes MI from a mediocre D to a very good one

Good news is you got Ward and Carr super active and carrying the offensive load. Bad news is you played as well as you have in the early season and you’re down 3 because you can’t make a perimeter jump shot. Just an inherent ceiling if you can’t hit at least 5-6 threes a game.

Everything ARK is getting is off primary or secondary transition. They have been mediocre in the half court but elite in the open court. Strategically may need to send more guys back second half. Shot goes up and perimeter should fall back. Frontcourt tries to board.
