Hope they won't be issuing fines to people that are trying to pay on the @ParkJockeyUK website as there seems to be no visible signage for paying @APCOAUK It's an absolute mess!

UNBELIEVABLE! @AVFCOfficial Been member for 12 mths and renewed that membership Nov 2024 so that it auto-renewed BUT because the renewal happened TODAY it takes 72 hours to activate. So despite attending every UCL Game I may miss out on tickets due to the renewal delay #Fuming

4 hours I've spent on a SINGLE phone call this evening being passed between @o2 and @virginmedia trying to sort out the mess they have made of my 82yo Dad's mobile contract. Both blaming one another, neither resolving anything. Plenty of buck passing & no ownership #Disgraceful

Just been advised by an @o2 customer service adviser that they are dealing with many former @virginmedia customers who have had mobile phone accounts created they never asked for in an attempt to hit sales targets. In all cases the customer is inconvenienced #disgraceful

@virginmedia @O2 Now @virginmedia saying the account that is quoted on an @o2 letter is nothing to do with them, yet @o2 say it's a Virgin account number. #AbsolutelyClueless

Now being passed from from post to post. @virginmedia called him, put him through to @O2 who have now transferred him back to Virgin. He's currently been on the phone 45 minutes and is no further forward.
