Our app is still experiencing some issues that our team are working hard to resolve but customer can access MySpark online to top up and see usage. Our Spark stores will be open as usual today. We are expecting an influx of calls so if you’re able to please contact us online. 2/3.

UPDATE 7.45AM: We are pleased to share that most of our back-end systems issues have now been resolved. This means customers are now able use our website, access voicemail services, call Spark and use their Xtramail. 1/3.
