🟣If you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to be from Spark and asking for your information, hang up and contact us using the official contacts on our website instead.

🟣Never share personal details if you're contacted out of the blue, including Spark account information or authentication codes. 🟣Never click MySpark verification links that you did not request yourself.

To 'authenticate' you as a customer, the fraudsters ask for your credentials, including your name, date of birth, account number, and access to your MySpark account. If you receive an unexpected call, please remain vigilant and remember:

Our app is still experiencing some issues that our team are working hard to resolve but customer can access MySpark online to top up and see usage. Our Spark stores will be open as usual today. We are expecting an influx of calls so if you’re able to please contact us online. 2/3

UPDATE 7.45AM: We are pleased to share that most of our back-end systems issues have now been resolved. This means customers are now able use our website, access voicemail services, call Spark and use their Xtramail. 1/3

UPDATE 7:30pm: We will again be working throughout the night to get the Spark website and app back up and running. Thank you very much for your patience today.

UPDATE 4pm: Our technical teams are still working with urgency to get the Spark website & app back up and running. A reminder if customers have a medical dependency on their service and require urgent support, they can call us on 0800 800 123 and press ‘9'.
