We Have Closed the Mishap Investigation into the @Space_Systems_ Eagle Eye 5-2 mission. Space Systems have demonstrated a deep understanding of the issues encountered and how to resolve them.

Update on the Eagle Eye 5-2 anomaly.
Poseidon 9's Last Flight on the 30th of September 2025, was a goodbye to the Block 5 program. In that Mission, Poseidon 9 lifted off with all 9 engines running, it successfully begun its pitch downrange maneuver to make it to staging,

Poseidon 9 Block 6 launches next year in July
however when it reached Max Q Several engines shutoff unexpectedly leading to a loss of attitude control and a loss of the vehicle. the Block 6 varient (Expected to launch Mid Next Year) takes steps to adress this with more rigorous engine testing.

Update on the Eagle Eye 5-2 mishap. Space Systems teams have begun the preliminary analysis of the issue. They have discovered that 4 of the 9 engine shut down at max q and then a structural failure was observed.
It looks like we have lost Poseidon 9 Farwell to B1075 and we'll see you on the other side
