For those of you that might have forgotten, along with the bad deals ;we had an SEC that created an ugly bottleneck at nearly the worst possible time. Not every company that announces will run to the moon for legitimate reasons. We sold $GIG in full disclosure before the last

Private equity portcos and SPACs are a match made in heaven. Look for an avalanche of these transactions to be announced this cycle.
The IPO window appears to be open for companies beyond just AI and crypto. With McGraw Hill launching a $500 million IPO, now is the time for private equity to pursue exits for their portfolio companies into the public markets (either via IPO or SPAC merger).
