Big picture, the Argentinian beef import isn't going to shake the American markets. What we want to know is @USDA's proposed path forward to help American beef producers. https://t.co/4D8SSn0Ks9

đ¤ˇââď¸ Thatâs what happens when the government doesnât enforce laws. Allow the flow of Fertilizer into the United States and the domestic producers will cave.
"Farm groups say many producers are paying significantly more for seed, fertilizer, fuel and equipment while earning less for their crops and some livestock, including hogs." @Channel8ABC

Sounds like Seed and Fertilizer companies âWe keep Raising Prices because we canâ
CEO of Chipotle caught on a recording indicating theyâre going to keep raising prices because they can âWe learned that 60% of our core users are over $100,000 a year in income, in average household income. That gives us confidence that we can lean into that group in a more

Agriculture loses because we donât think like Big Corporations. 1. Build parallel Supply Chains ⢠farmer-owned fertilizer terminals â˘independent wholesale buying groups â˘regional co-ops that negotiate direct import contracts â˘private label seed + chemical programs â˘custom

You can blame U.S. companies and U.S. farmers for going to South America to help them prop up production. This was going on before Tariffs.
Trumpâs Ag legacy: Picking South American farmers over U.S. farmers: â
Losing the soybean market - tariff war with China has China going to South America for soybeans â
Lifting up Argentine cattle ranchers while American ranchers are desperate for competitive markets

Oh no they are looking for Markets because they overproduced a product trying to compete with the US and the end result is the U.S. and Brazil producers Screwed themselves. The difference is they have less input cost than the U.S. producers.

They are doing the same thing we are doing in the U.S. just on a larger scale and itâs going to hurt them the worse. Ripping up trees to grow more soybeans isnât the answer and they are going to figure it out real quick.

The Seed industry is like the Fertilizer Industry 1. They donât âcompeteâ â they manage territory Seed companies do the same thing fertilizer does: â˘license genetics â˘divide traits â˘sell âdifferent brandsâ that are basically the same product So it looks like choices existâŚ

How the Fertilizer Industry operates. 1. They control supply They can run plants harder or slower, schedule maintenance, delay restarts, etc. If supply tightens even a little, prices jump fast. 2. They control storage + terminals If you control where product sits (tanks,

I still think the Current Administrations DOJ should look into this Transaction. We all know the Autopen within the last administration allowed this to happen. Kochâs acquisition of the Iowa Fertilizer plant from OCI Global Wever,IA completed in 2024 for $3.6 BILLION. @AGPamBondi
