C'mon @facebook @Meta your business page customers need a real support option! Following all of your security protocols and still getting hacked means your protocols failed yet you offer no support.
It would be nice if @meta had support for small businesses. When their 2-step authentication and text alerts fail to protect an account, there should be someone available to talk to regain admin control! So frustrating!
