Quiz! Coaltion voted to re-introduce 6-9 parking charges & increase to £3hr in Zone 1A in what they consider the 'premium' areas. Enclosed is map of the car park zones. Whole length of seafront parking bays within the red zone squares P&D, except the FREE highlighted bit. WHY?
