I was proud to support @THP_hospital as Finance Minister with a fully-funded investment of $9 billion in the 2017 Ontario Budget to initiate this new state of the art hospital as well as the new Queensway Health Centre. Thank you to the wonderful team at THP for your leadership!

Honoured to attend the groundbreaking of the Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and the Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children. Once complete, it will be the largest hospital in Canada.

John made major contributions in academia, business, and politics yet he always remained humble and kind. He will be missed.

I’m saddened to learn of the passing of my friend and former colleague John McCallum. John was the Chief Economist at RBC when I was a Managing Director. He provided much-needed stability during uncertain times (and some much-needed humour).

Marc Garneau was the definition of a great Canadian. As a captain in the @RoyalCanNavy, the first Canadian in space & then as a parliamentarian he served as an example to us all of what it meant to serve your country. I was proud to work with him. My condolences to his family.
