Correct. This film is operational excellence. Zero propaganda. Just brutal authenticity. Yami carries the narrative with precision and Emraan executes a complex antagonist arc without theatrics. The commentary on the misuse of religious authority is grounded. Excellent review!

You are mistaken. Both ‘pati’ (पति) and ‘patnī’ (पत्नी) mean “owner”, “possessor”, “master/mistress” or “ruler”. The word ‘patnī’ (पत्नी) is the feminine form of ‘pati’ (पति), and not the opposite. Hence, the word ‘patnī’ (पत्नी) does not mean “a slave”. The word ‘pati’ (पति)
I was today years old when I found out that pati which is the hindi word for husband actually means “master” “owner”. It explains why we have words like lakhpati, senapati. Because it refers to the owner of lakhs or army. Patni, on the other hand, doesn’t refer to owner.
