It's always good to revisit and reflect on past work, and I've just created a page on the @CannyInsights website that talks about my keynote speaker gigs. Hopefully this - speaking at events, chairing panels - is a thing I can do more of in the future!.

It's always good to experience #Durham on a Saturday, when the city is even more buzzing with people than during the week! You wouldn't know that Saddler Street (first pic) isn't actually pedestrianised (even though, if the geography were different, it really should be).

It's surprising that this article about the bricks-and-mortar return of Topshop makes only passing reference to Philip Green when discussing why the chain failed before. The troubled personal brand of a prominent owner surely helps drive shoppers away.

The Name "Graham" is also all but dead, with a mere three newly born Grahams in England and Wales last year ๐ต. That puts it on a par with Hendricks (like the gin), Jaxson-John (!), and Dalton-Lee (which sounds like a shopping centre).
