What do you use to stent a small pancreatic duct during Whipple? This angiographic catheter is well-fitted to such use: 5F diameter , one end as pigtail for the jejunum, strait on the other end, markers and sideholes. Visible on CT-scan, it is much cheaper than a coronary stent!

This is alveolar echinococcosis. Presence of calcifications, avascular lesion, vessels’ invasion by the parasite: RPV, RHV and IVC up to the pericardium. Resection required of course. Thanks for your interest.
