Hosted in The Spark at Southampton Solent University and is focusing on the importance of lived experience stories in recovery from trauma, in personal growth and in connecting communities. As well as talks, there are workshops and a looking after yourself reflection space.

Toby is also currently working on his second publication that looks at the relationship between emotion and reward processing using a novel cognitive task. This is a follow on from his first publication that looked at the neural networks between emotion and reward processing.
