A final announcement thread from me & my volunteer team. ⬇️. This 🧵 details the remaining information we have for everyone, an open form for anyone who did not receive their PDFs during pre-order fulfillment, and lastly a public edit of the zines for personal use.

Going to piggyback off of this; I was not going to mom people who were intimately affected by this situation. Nobody was mocking victims, as the people in this discussion ARE victims. This does not excuse inappropriateness, but we are/were very much coping.

These are the only server messages from him from that morning up until he told me he'd be giving people "privacy" by not reading messages, and went AWOL by noon.

Honestly I'm really regretting not reaming his ass for everything, and it's incredibly frustrating that he'd run away before I had the time I needed to process it. He went and hid in another fandom server and left us to pick up the pieces.

This was my "what the hell" moment. Again, Micky gave me next to no time to process the situation for shit and got off on the shock value delaying an angry response. It took a while to land w/ me bc we were thrown into full chaos/clean-up mode w/ me and the mods until Fri/Sat.
a - Angie didn’t share the beginning of her messages after seeing the statement, which could’ve been like “MICKY WHAT THE HELL”. b - There was a conversation between them going on prior to 9:11. In that case, they speak XX:XX, Micky sends his intended statement, Angie advises him.

and didn't quite grasp how big this was aside from that despite Micky thinking he tried to cover me, he did absolutely the opposite in the process. I also made the "we're still friends" mention hour-of, but that's untrue now--I fully consider him a criminal.

I do want to make one thing clear: texts that were exchanged with me were before I had time to process *anything* going on, so I was concerned with keeping up with Micky and not missing valuable information. I also was still concerned with handling the existing merch.

started planning with Micky to go secure the merch myself (later after 10pm). Here are the screenshots I grabbed for the timeline you asked about. I didn't find them pertinent for the timeline originally, but hopefully they help.

Micky to share the hospital bills/proof via text because "it's going to look like you took the money and ran". Instead of coughing up proof, he played into my misplaced sympathy instead and I got distracted trying to launch into fix-it mode when I originally had +.

I can share more screenshots if desired, but they're spotty on Discord between those timestamps due to me being quiet and trying to still somehow function in the server while everyone was trying to understand it. It was essentially ground zero, and I also urged +.

I think in shock here and didn't really process that I should have been absolutely hostile with Micky. I mean, he was my friend at that point as far as I knew? I didn't even know the full extent of the fuckup or get angry at least until the weekend after he bailed on us.

12. I went back to check this myself and truthfully there wasn't much of import between those two timestamps. I was sort of lagging behind trying to process everything. From 9:17 to about 9:27 when I transitioned over to Discord and reached out to Mav first, I was.
but later claim it was for the zines? Rather than trying to get a refund, which could be why the claims were later not pursued. 12- May 8th timeline has a lot of gaps in it. Can Angie better explain with screenshots the timeline of events (not day but minute based).

certainly the attempt/intent to get refunds without explanation. He also did the claims backwards by contacting UPS instead of the direct seller like you normally would. I think this was in hopes that UPS would somehow mindlessly validate the claim? It's speculation atp.

11. I think you're right in this question. Micky referred to trying to "work out a refund" with Mixam a few times and some of the dates line up with UPS claims/order quotes. But I do think he only was making claims on the orders in order to recover money lost, so there was +.

after a few days. One of the first things I'd asked Mav when checking up on him was if Micky might've been upset with me without my knowledge, because it made more sense than any of this, especially if he was upset with me for not being much help to him in general.

9. This was purely stupid on my part, honestly. I really wanted to call, but was worried that he might've gotten upset with me for being pushy or bothering him. We'd met in person but I didn't normally ever communicate via phone call since I got proper responses (usually) +.
What was going to be the explanation of this extra assurance?. 9- Micky stopped answering to Angie (on Discord) on Mar 22. Angie kept informing Micky over discord in the coming days. She had his phone number. Why discord? Why not a phone call?.
