he’s a first time head coach with a poorly constructed roster that’s dealt with a ton of injuries. he’s figuring out how to do this. he’s made mistakes and he’s done some good too. the notion that he has animosity towards players or has some sort of agenda isn’t based in reality.

i want to make something clear: i have no affinity for the Wings coach and have criticized him a ton— he might be the wrong person for the job. but i take issue with the extremely weird, parasocial venom directed at him where stans have created a villain acting with ill intent.

not that it will happen anyway but if the Mavs could trade for LeBron without giving up PJ, i’d be for it. if PJ is in the deal, i’d rather not. the Flagg/PJ/Lively defensive frontcourt of the future is too good to break up.
