Just when I thought all was over, I managed to roll out of bed and crawl to the toilet while still trying to grasp for air. I got under the tap and allow water gush on my head, tried to breath and began vomiting all I had hours ago.I slept at the toilet entrance till this morning.

I couldn't stand up, I had not just choked on paper in my sleep but also on the Full spaghetti I had just finished around 1am. For what felt like forever, I could not stand up, breathe or move, all I could do was shed tears, feel the pain and slowly slip to whatever is beyond.

I had a bad day and a terrible evening and to keep myself busy and mind off it, I kept eating uncontrollably, deceiving myself I'm fine and all is well. I kept eating till around 1am and slept off. Around 3am, I had a sudden PAINFUL spike in my head, I couldn't breathe 👇.
