It's been tested by others in 2 more systems and I can confirm it's definitely faulty RAM. The 3rd system it was tested in was a 9950X editing rig, and at all stock, no XMP, Adobe Premiere Pro blue screens during export. His own TeamGroup 6000 CL30 kit exports perfectly fine.
Spent a few hours testing and seems to be a faulty RAM module / kit. With the TeamGroup T-Create kit even without XMP UE5 games would crash during shader compile with "Out of Video Memory". Installed my G-Skill 6000 CL30 kit and all is working fine so far, even with XMP.
