War horse is a really underrated war movie. Millions of horses were drafted into military use and died during ww1. Of those who survive, a tiny fraction got to come home, the rest were slaughtered for meat at the end of the war. Very sad https://t.co/XGdxWQ8nHF

Tim Curry in FernGully: The Last Rainforest (1992) goes full unhinged rock opera villain as Hexxus. He chews the scenery, sings the hell out of that role, and somehow makes an eco kids movie feel dangerous and weirdly seductive. Total scene stealer.
