No its not, Scara's design is just really good, sure you may personally not like it. But you can easily tell Hoyo put a lot of effort into him given the amount of cultural and religious references in his design and story, thats why you can have really long videos talking about it
That's like thinking one orange is better because the mold covering skin is darker than the other. They're both going to be thrown in the trash, so why does it matter.

Yeah they aren't really bad, although GaMing's animations are better. People are hating on her too much now, a lot of five star characters also have pretty simple idle animations.

When the tatarasuna people were all going sick and stuff, Scara ran to the tenshukaku to ask for help and the one who showed up to him was Yae. i forgot exactly what she said or did, i just remembered she helped.

Most players that actually want Childe already have him because of the amount of reruns he had. I also believe another factor is that Childe is incredibly underestimated by the community, not everyone, but by a great part.
Childe international is literally the best team in game.

If you like Chasca's design then 👍 but overall it is pretty bad, at least imo, and she looks worse in the 3D model.
I can see the theme they did with her, as Latin America did have cowboys too, but even if that's the theme, the design is still a mess and not nice to look at

People like Scara because of that, pretty good design, lore, story, etc. It's not just "oooh anemo boys bias", it's because he is an amazing character and easily one of the best written characters in Genshin.
So idk how you can compare them, she's way out of his league.
