Finally, I talk about my recent courtroom ethnography on Albania's ongoing judicial reform and the vetting of judges and prosecutors, in light of EU integration. I discuss how remittances and kinship ties are examined by this process and the legal pluralism entailed in it.

Next, I talk about a media whistleblower that uses the idiom of cynical, vulgar humor and hidden cameras to expose and represent corruption in public venues.

Next, I trace how the discourse and measurement of corruption by indicators in Albania intersects with the global corruption indicators assemblage.

In the podcast, I discuss how the ponzi schemes of 1990s Albania were enabled by political actors, legal framework (or lack thereoff), shock therapy reforms, and media representations.
