What a great idea!
Students placed Xs to show where they were on the continuums. They then did this again at the end of the year to mark their progress. This led to reflective writing at the end of the year: Where did I progress? What do I need to work on? Hereโs the reading survey:

Note the difference in how the UC handles an allegation of actual violence against a striker compared to an allegation of vandalism by a Union activist, each at a building owned by a branch of UC. At Laguna Cliffs, no action to protect the striker. For UAW, searching homes.
