Many small farmers communities are practicing or are ideal hosts for sustainable tourism. With their unique & diverse farming & food systems & +ve ecological hand prints, they can make rural & community based tourism a sustainable alternative.
Adding #sustainability to #Tourism sector & promoting #sustainable tourism are not same. Idea of luxury #ecotourism is insane. Tourism has to be Responsible & tourists respectful - more so towards the hosts in community-based ecotourism.
