I'm convinced that no-coiners won't come to Bitcoin anytime soon. The only method of adoption I see for most is via the S&P when $MSTR is added. Even then they won't know they have exposure to Bitcoin.

Hard to justify owning any Real Estate as an investment in 2025. $BTC will continue to suck liquidity out of RE for the foreseeable future.
@realEstateTrent I made all my money in real estate. Since learning about bitcoin I liquidated everything and now only 100% invest in bitcoin. I can’t justify buying commercial property when the returns and work involved can’t come close to Bitcoins returns.
