Try out Child's Pose before bed! Come down to your knees, then bend forward at the hips to touch your forehead to the floor. Extend your arms before you and breathe while holding. Child's Pose is a great stretch to relieve stress and tension in your back, shoulders, or neck.

Try these gummies for a fun bedtime treat! 🍒 Pour juice and gelatin into a stovetop pan. Turn heat on low and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add honey and stir a few more minutes. Once done, pour into a mold and keep in fridge for 2 hours, then serve!
