So, @torbooks posted a free sample of my dragonlslaying book, Blood of an Exile. If you give it a read, I'd love to hear what you think. First chapter includes a nasty hangover, a dragon slaying, and a decapitation.

I've been trying to decide whether I enjoy the decapitation mechanics of Cyberpunk more or less than Skyrim's. There's a lot to consider here. So much so that I'm gonna do a thread about head-taking mechanics that will make me look like a sociopath....

As is tradition in the Naslund house, I roll a new Skyrim character on the 1st snow of the year. Doesn't usually happen on September fucking 8th, but here we are. I'm thinking Altmer. All spells all the way, no blades or bows. Because we can all use a little magic right now.

Playing #TheLastofUsPartII created a crater-sized hole in my soul. Playing #GhostsofTsushima has created a crater-sized hole in my ability to go to bed on time. .....there's always one more Mongol camp that needs clearing. Just one more camp...then I'll sleep.

Gotta give @C_Morgs65 credit for sending me 1st pass pages on Friday. Now, instead of desperately searching for video games and movies to pass the isolation with, I can just spend 15 days agonizing over whether every adjective in SORCERY OF A QUEEN is the best possible choice.
