Exciting morning at Gulyangarri PS as Deputy Premier @pruecar & Secretary @dizdarm join Ian Tapuska & his school community in the official opening, welcoming students & families to a new school year! The staff is thrilled & ready for an amazing year ahead of teaching & learning.

Yesterday was the first day of school for thousands of little ones across NSW, and it was also the first day for Gulyangarri Public School! 🎂🎉 There was a mix of excitement and sadness in the air as kindy kids said goodbye to their families at drop off.

‘Opening doors to possibility’ is the inspiring Gulyangarri PS motto. @pruecar & I visited the school to welcome students & met Alda & Amraha who are starting kindergarten. Ian Tapuska & his team will provide an outstanding education for all students to set them up for success.

Our teachers have been absolutely spoilt today by our non teaching staff and P&C. From a beach in the staffroom “Less Teachin More Beachin”, to a lolly bar to soft drink and pizza for the whole staff from the P&C - a great day of feeling the love.@NSWEducation @sellouise
