At 18:25 I was called by the recovery company who told me they would be recovering me at 19:45 and that they had my location as the M30, I am not on the M30. This is shocking service and you’re charging me £385 for the pleasure of it, unacceptable @TheAA_UK unacceptable. 3/3

I was then called again to be told recovery would be at 18:30 and that I would be taken to a safe space and another recovery vehicle would take me home. 2/3
