My dad passed away this morning at 51. We watched all the Vikings games together growing up and still watched most of the games together after I moved out. He was my best friend, my boss at work, and now I have to figure out how to get through this without leaning on him.

Welp, since you guys are here, this is as good of a plug as you'll get from me I guess. Probably never smart enough to get off the Vikings bandwagon, but I'd like to think if we ever get to the Super Bowl that I'll be the first to greet everyone.

Great job by Coach Hightower on KOR yesterday. Recognizing the Vikings over pursue from the backside of coverage. First video was earlier in the game. Almost a house call. Second video is the last return but just flipped because of the kick direction.

Because for most of the first four starts, I just thought he was thinking too fast. Which isn't awesome but also not surprising. Yesterday he looked completely in his own head.

And this isn't like an excuse because he put himself in position to hurt his hand. But when he's already trying to get acclimated to the NFL, AND focus on mechanics, AND try throwing with a fucked up hand....is it any surprise he looks like he's lost ALL confidence too?
