I be upgrading phones and having multiple. I am still have the Apple Watch Ultra 1 and Apple Watch SE 1. Honestly, you don't need to upgrade wearables unless you are an avid fitness junkie. The stats are much better on the Ultra 3 or SE 3 but not that much.
