It’s official everyone. MKLeo has finally taken a game off Shuton in Smash Ultimate.

I’ve never taken a real break since 2022. After not doing great at Lvl up, and talking with close friends. I realized I needed to take a break. After my break I feel better, and gained the passion I used to have when I first started. Long rant, but thanks for listening. (15/15).

The start of this year I went to more locals, and wanted to do better, but had a terrible mentality. It affected my gameplay, and my overall passion. I wouldn’t to be better, and I had shown improvement, but to always feel like I’m in a plateau since 2022 made it hard. (14/?).

However to me I always felt like the worst best player. I thought I can never rank higher than 20, and even when I felt like I would, I saw 20 again, and it hurt my passion. For the end of 2024 I stopped going consistently to locals because it hurt to feel stuck at 20. (13/?).

Still the most I ever got cheered for winning a set. After that in 2024 I still felt very stuck. I would rank again on So Cal PR, but I would always get ranked number 20, and got it for 4 seasons. To many being on PR is a goal, and I’m happy that I have been ranked. (12/?).

In 2023 the two big things that happened is I got ranked in So Cal for the first time, and also got my best win at that time. I got ranked number 20, and beat Larry lurr at a very stacked bracket which everyone was watching, and also seemed very surprised I won. That is. (11/?).

I took game 1. He seemed very surprised, then counter picked and won the set, but it was extremely close. We talked a little, and he actually complimented my gameplay. Coming from rank 1 in SoCal it meant a lot, and showed that I still had a lot more I can do. (10/?).

I went to my first major MainStage, and placed 1-2, when I was seeded to go 3-2. It was very hard, and I felt like quitting. I still competed, but something that kept me going is when I played Chase for the first time at the end of 2022. We played at GLS for top 8 losers Q. (9/?).
