American Junior Legion Baseball. Area 1 District Tourney. The Burlington Sox beat Lynden by a score of 9-6, forcing a 2nd Championship game Sunday. Both go to State. Asher Moe earned the Win for the Sox, going 5 & 2/3 innings allowing 1 ER on 3 hits while striking out 2.

American Junior Legion Baseball. Area 1 District Tourney. The Burlington Sox beat the MV RiverDogs by a score of 3-1 to advance to the Championship round versus Lynden. Zak Fleshman earned the Win for the Sox, going the distance allowing 1 run on 4 hits while striking out 5.

Burlington Sox remain in the winners bracket and will play again Friday. Mount Vernon RiverDogs play tomorrow in a loser out/winner advances game to keep their State Tournament chances alive.
